Sidewalls and headboards of the bed are made of laminated chipboard of 16 mm thickness. Bed bottom and banding are made of plywood of 15 and 8 mm thickness. Sleeping place size is 1400х600 mm. Sidewalls and visible ends of headboards are finished with PVC edge tape of 1 mm thickness; other parts are finished with PVC edge tape of 0.5 mm thickness. Photo printing is carried out on chipboard using special inks that harden under the action of special ultraviolet lamps. The painting itself is also coated with varnish to increase its resistance to external damage, abrasion and wet cleaning.
